Meet Your New Rug Cleaner of Tampa Bay
Classic Touch Rug Cleaners was founded in 2006 by Jeff Anderson and his business partner, Bill Grueninger, who were both born and raised in the St. Petersburg area. Mr. Anderson started his professional cleaning career back in 1999, where he fully immersed himself into the dry cleaning industry.
Because Jeff entered this industry at such a young age, he was able to put serious time and effort into really learning and grasping this industry from the ground up. He took great pride in learning and was able to become an expert cleaner and spotter in no-time. In 2005, after becoming a master of his trade, and gaining enough knowledge and know-how, Jeff decided it was time to go into business for himself.
Mr. Anderson raised enough money and found the right spot to set-up shop. Within one year, Jeff had the right people in place and was operating like a well-oiled machine.
The Rug Cleaning Business is Born.
While running day-to-day operations, dry cleaning customers consistently would come in with a dirty area rug or simply ask if they cleaned Oriental or specialty rugs. Naturally Jeff’s answer was always “Yes” with extreme confidence, even though he knew he had to figure out how to actually get them cleaned afterwards. Jeff did extensive research and eventually ended up outsourcing the rugs to a local rug cleaner in the Tampa Bay area.
Because of the extreme care and strict process that is needed for the proper cleaning of a rug, Jeff and his business made almost no money off of those rug customers. It was okay though, because satisfying his customers was the main priority. If they were happy, he was happy. He figured out that people were really fond of and close to their rugs. They really loved their rugs, and when Jeff returned these rugs sparkling clean, these customers were ecstatic. It was a great feeling to have.
After countless amounts of rugs, and still no money coming in from it, Jeff decided that it was now time to master a new trade. With the dry cleaning business fully operational, his time was no longer needed on a full-time basis and he now had time to dedicate to mastering this new and exciting trade.
Jeff & Bill Cross Paths.
While studying his new trade, Jeff mentioned to Bill Grueninger who was a business acquaintance about his new studies. Unbeknown to him, Bill actually knew a lot about Oriental & specialty rugs from his family. They both got to talking and they came up with some great ideas.
Bill Grueninger is a marketing and business professional with many years of experience in both the direct response marketing field and Internet marketing field. Equipped with a Marketing & Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida, Mr. Grueninger decided to team up with Mr. Anderson and attack the rug industry by storm.
After teaming up and buying all of the necessary cleaning equipment, and executing the business plan, the rug business was able to double every year and actually keeps growing as you are reading. They now have the right people in place and are fully concentrated on helping the most rug owners that they can in all of the Tampa Bay area.
